Talking Points for Taking Temporary Bypass Calls

November 2021

This project comes from my time at CenterPoint Energy where I worked as a technical writer and Temporary Bypass Specialist.  Before I left the company in 2021, I wrote the process and procedures for taking customer service phone calls and issuing service order types as a reference point for anyone who would be succeeding my role at the company.

Writing Procedures

October 2020

This project comes from a homework assignment I did for TechComm Fundamentals Bootcamp, a course provided by the Society for Technical Communication.  In this assignment, I was to create a step-by-step procedural guide for a small kitchen appliance in my home without looking at the user guide that came with the appliance.  I chose my Nutribullet Juicer and produced a step-by-step guide on how to assemble it.
